Enjoy!! - Jana Herzen & Team Motéma

This dazzling studio album of original Django Festival Allstars compositions celebrates 25 years of the historic Django Reinhardt NY Festival from which the group first emerged in 2002. Among the most thrilling live performers in jazz, the Allstars both honor and expand the legacy of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli whose 'Gypsy Swing' became the rage of Paris in the 1930s and ‘40s, and remains popular to this day. Allstars anchors Samson Schmitt (guitar), Ludovic Beier (accordion/accordina), and Pierre Blanchard (violin) shine in the ensemble, as composers, and as featured soloists. Experience a taste of the action in the video clip below.
